CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR — New York City, NY
OVERVIEW
Zenivize is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the CX team to support client success, act as front-line support for conSumer inquiries, and contribute to client growth and performance.
We’re looking for a self-motivated, curious, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a day-to-day support contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues with a solution-oriented mindset
Monitor consumer-facing inboxes and educate users on mobile wallet coupon functionality and redemption
Test live consumer experiences in retail environments and provide actionable feedback on the user experience
Support client onboarding by gathering assets, coordinating setup, and ensuring a smooth launch process
Assist in program launches from initial client inquiries through setup, QA, and post-launch reporting
Help create sales and marketing materials, including mockups and client-facing assets as needed
Maintain and update program FAQs and internal documentation to support both clients and consumers
Identify trends in customer questions and feedback to improve product experience and reduce support volume
Take on additional projects and responsibilities to support team priorities as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Experience or interest in client success, client management, customer support, marketing, or a related field
Interest in SaaS, client management, technology, and/or digital marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, resourceful mindset with a willingness to learn and solve problems
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience or interest in Google Sheets/Excel, SQL, Snowflake, Canva, or Adobe Suite

The total compensation range for this role is $55,000 – $70,000 USD, based on experience and skillset. This role is hybrid with 3 days/week in our NYC office.
